What we do with what you give us

The lists is operated by Primortul LLC, Ankeny, Iowa. When you use the tool on this site we store what you entered, the answer we gave you, and — if you provide it — your email, name, or an address.

We use that to send you the readout you asked for, and to match you with a relevant provider (Fracs). Providing an email is how you ask us to do that. If you'd rather we didn't, don't provide one: the tool works without it.

We may add public-record context to a submission so the provider can prepare before contacting you: for an address, the county assessor's record (assessed value, year built, lot size, last recorded sale); for a work email, the state business registry. Where identity resolution is enabled, an email may be matched to a professional profile. Each submission is also given an interest score built from those sources and from how the tool was used; the provider sees that score and the reasons for it.

A visitor pixel notes which pages are read and, when you provide an email, joins that to your submission so the provider knows what you looked at. It isn’t loaded if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and “Don’t track me” on the notice turns it off for a year. Nothing from the pixel is sold or used for advertising.

If you arrived from an ad, a Google Ads tag records that the visit led to a submission so we know what a lead cost. It runs with ad personalisation and remarketing switched off, is covered by the same notice and opt-out as the pixel, and the click identifier is stored with your submission only.

Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, used to limit abuse. Submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted; you can ask for earlier deletion at any time. We don't sell your information to anyone other than the provider named above, and we don't add you to a mailing list — the readout you asked for is the only email the tool sends.

To see, correct, or delete anything we hold, or to opt out of your information being shared with a provider, email privacy@primortul.com. Iowa residents have these rights under the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act; we honour them for everyone.
